Hi, I'm Taz. I help Airbnb hosts keep their S-corp books and taxes in order.
I'm a U.S. tax preparer with an IRS PTIN and more than six years of experience preparing U.S. returns. I keep books, run payroll and prepare S-corp returns for short-term rental hosts, remotely from Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Why I focus on S-corp hosts
For more than six years I have prepared U.S. returns and kept books for small businesses, much of it as a subcontractor for U.S. bookkeeping and tax firms. Over and over, the hardest files came from the same kind of client: a host with a day job, a couple of Airbnbs, and a new S-corp.
They were good at hosting. But their payouts were booked as income, their salary came from a blog post, and reimbursements had no paper trail. Their preparer filed the return without checking the setup underneath it.
So I narrowed my work to them. I keep the books by property, set up payroll and an accountable plan properly, and prepare the 1120-S from books that match. And I explain every step in plain English, because the host is the one who has to live with the decisions.

Honest limits
What I am, and what I am not
I'm not a CPA or an enrolled agent. The IRS says CPAs, enrolled agents and attorneys have unlimited representation rights before the IRS. That is not me, so I can't represent you in an audit. I tell you that before we start, and I tell you where my work ends.

What I do
- Prepare S-corp and personal returns
- Set up and keep books and payroll
- Review whether an S-corp setup is working
Three questions to ask any preparer
- Do you have a PTIN, and will it be on my return?
- What happens if the IRS writes to me?
- Who keeps my books and payroll between tax seasons?
Where and how I work
Remote from Dhaka, on U.S. hours
I live and work in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and I work only with U.S. clients. There is no U.S. office. Calls happen on video during your working day, documents go through a secure portal, and I work inside your own QuickBooks Online and Gusto accounts.
- Documents through my secure client portal, never email attachments
- QuickBooks Online and Gusto, with accountant access you control
- Video calls booked through my calendar
