S-Corp Savings Audit: is your S-corp set up right?
A flat-fee review of the S-corp you already run your hosting through. It answers one question: is this S-corp actually saving you money, and what is being missed? You get a plain-English summary of what is working, what is missing, and what to fix first.
Flat fee: $500. A review, not a promise of savings.
"I formed an S-corp. Is it actually doing anything for me?"
Most hosts set up the S-corp on someone's advice, started payroll, and never looked again. Filing the return each year is not the same as checking the setup. Small gaps in salary, payroll or reimbursements can quietly cancel out what the S-corp was meant to do.
Who it's for, and who should skip it
A good fit if you
- Run 1 to 5 short-term rentals through an S-corp
- Formed the S-corp recently, or never had it reviewed
- Still have a W-2 job and host on the side
- Want a plain answer before changing anything
Skip it if you
- Want a promise of savings. I don't make one.
- Don't have an S-corp yet. Book a free call to talk it through instead.
- Need someone to represent you in an IRS audit. That needs a CPA, enrolled agent or attorney.
What I review
Your salary
How it was set and what backs it up. The IRS expects S-corp owners who work in the business to take a reasonable salary for that work.
Your payroll
Whether payroll records are in place and consistent with what the books and the return show.
Your reimbursements
How business costs you pay personally get paid back, and whether an accountable plan exists.
Your books
Whether business and personal spending are kept apart, and whether profit can be seen by property.
What you get
A written plain-English summary with three parts: what is working, what is missing, and what to fix first. We go through it together on a call, and it is yours to keep whether or not you hire me afterwards.

Questions about the audit
Is this an IRS audit?
No. Nothing is filed with the IRS. "Audit" here means a review of your own setup, done for you.
Will you tell me to get rid of my S-corp?
Only if the numbers point that way, and the decision stays yours. I lay out what the S-corp costs you to run, what it does for you, and the trade-offs, in plain words.
Do you guarantee I'll save money?
No. Your facts decide the result. The audit shows what is working and what is missing so you can decide what to fix.
What if my books are a mess?
That is common, and it is useful information. The summary will say so, and books cleanup becomes the first fix.
Do I have to hire you afterwards?
No. The summary is yours. You can take it to anyone, or fix things yourself.
