Which software should I use?
It depends on your business. QuickBooks Online fits most U.S. small businesses and works with most accountants; Xero, Zoho Books and FreshBooks suit some businesses better. We decide together.
Is software included in the price?
No. Software subscriptions are paid to the software company. I'll tell you which plan you actually need.
I already have QuickBooks. Do I need setup or cleanup?
If the file has years of history with errors, start with cleanup and catch-up. If it's new or nearly empty, setup is the better fit.
Can you set up books for an S-corp?
Yes, including owner payroll and the accounts for an accountable plan.
